Health and fitness/weight management and your personal computer.

Each time you add in files, download software and install them.  Things just seem to cram-up or build up which will eventually slow down your computer.  Even if you just opened up your pc out of its box, as soon as you run it there are already bundled software running behind it.  These are your operating system (Windows, Linux or Mac OS), system bios, anti-virus definition and a lot of your system drivers.

Time will come and your computer will feel the stress and weight of all the files you've stored in.  It's about time to treat and take it to a health and fitness program by learning the ways on weight management and detoxifying your PC (Disk Clean-up).  Removing unwanted files and outdated programs will definitely help your computer become fit and sexy.

To keep your computer in shape, just follow these easy steps:
1. Click Start Button
2. Click Accessories
3. Click System Tools
4. Click Disk-Clean-up

Doing this will let your pc perform the needed "exercise" to keep it in tip-top shape. For a thorough cleaning there are other ways to keep your PC invigorated which are identified from my previous topic.



As soon as disk clean-up is done.  Your computer will be in good condition like an athlete will less body fat.
